Formatting my ssd and doing a clean install of Win8 allowed me to connect to the n66u. Unbelievable. It doesn't make any sense to me. Originally under Win8 I could connect to any router except for the n66u. Formatting and reloading ended up resolving that issue.
One last question, not totally off topic. Since I just did a clean install of Win8, should I just keep going and install Win8.1? Will drivers that work under Win 7 and 8 I assume work in 8.1 and will the n66u work with 8.1?
