So I took the plunge and updated to V 384.17. Installed Diversion, unbound, spdMerlin, ntpMerlin, connmon and FreshJR QOS on an 8GB stick in the router.
For the first couple of days all was good.
Day 3 first noticed I could not see my Pc using teamviewer when out and about, thought it was the client had stopped but when I got home I could not browse the internet behind the router. So formatted the jffs partition using the gui and restarted, No difference. Moved back to 384.16 with no plugins no reset still no internet. The gui and the router was very slow using multiple browsers.
Pulled down latest firmware from ASUS and applied still no internet.
Plan on starting again.
Previously I have seen the M&M + Nuclear reset talked about in this forum. Is this documented anywhere ?
Is there any options for a simple reset not doing a factory reset I can do using ssh or winscp ?
