RtAC68u Openvpn UDP setup

Hi all
I am newish to having a VPN router and I would like to know if there are any specific settings I need to change for best UDP opvn configs.
I have everything set up working fine to the best of my knowledge but was wondering if there is a optimal setup guide with specific settings etc ?
