Samsung Galaxy S3 & RT-N66U interference ?

I have got stable connection 300mb/s on my laptop (Intel centrino n-6200agn) untill I switch on wifi on my SG3.
After that connection speed drops to 20mb/s but signal strengh is still full bars.
When I turn off wifi on the phone it goes back to stable 300.
It hapens both on 2,4 & 5Ghz on each Merlin's builds on each wireless channel.
It looks like SG3 cause some interferences on my wifi network.
Have you got any ideas how to avoid that ?

I would make sure that the router security is set to WPA2 AES, as otherwise it might be forcing the router to downgrade to 802.11g speed if the phone connects using WPA1 and/or TKIP.

Yes, router is secured by WPA2-Personal AES

is the N Only box checked for the wireless and b/g protection unticked ?

I have this and my Note 10.1 and S2 connect fine while leaving a 450mbs link for my Laptop.

"Optimalization for nBox" and "b/g Protection" are NOT ticked
"N only" is active

On my 2nd laptop there is the same issue. Wifi is: intel 4965agn

Try the new Asus stock firmware. In that link, Merlin gave some good tips about resetting router to factory defaults and reconfiguring from scratch. Also gave tips on removing wireless profiles and updating drivers.

I had a strange interaction with my computers adapters and Apple TV with stock Asus 1393. It's possible that you've got some strange interaction going on.
But I would try those troubleshooting steps Merlin gave in link above.

I have checked with another laptop with Broadcom wifi and there is no problem.
