Save changes to dnsmasq.conf

Hello,

I've found a sample of the dnsmasq.conf "https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/blob/master/release/src/router/dnsmasq/dnsmasq.conf.example"

I know which rules I wan't to add, but when I save the file in /etc/tmp/dnsmasq.conf the changes are undone when I reboot. I think it's because of the tmp folder. Does anyone know where I can edit this so the changes are saved?

Thats not an example you've linked to. You have to look into dnsmasq.conf.add or dnsmasq.postconf in the custom config files wiki.

What is it you want to add?

I want to add the location of the dhcp bootfile and add the ip of the pxe (tftp) server.
