The above is typical and not isolated to that particular page. I think it is always the left-hand panel that goes blank. If i click on the place things SHOULD be the click is effective. It is just the visibility that is missing.

ASUS RT-AC88U
Firmware Current Version : 384.19

Seen in two browsers, latest of each:
1. Google Chrome
Version 86.0.4240.193 (Official Build) (64-bit)

2. FIrefox
82.0.3 (64-bit)

Refreshing the page sometimes, but rarely, works.

This is a somewhat new situation -- a month or so?

Does it do the same when you've disabled all extensions? Or, use it in its 'incognito' or 'InPrivate' mode?

No issues with Microsoft Edge Chromium Version 86.0.622.63 (Official Build) (64-bit). Can you try/test with Edge?

Are you using https? could try using just http. I vaguely remember https being flaky for some

You mean browser extensions? I use LastPAss and Ublock Origin. I was about to try removing them before posting results here but wanted to be sure of the current behavior. Turns out it is not currently happening! (It has come and gone before.)

I have never used "incognito" nor "InPrivate" mode. I don't even know how! Seems like a blind alley as the undesirable behavior can't come and go with those modes since those modes have never been involved.

My (un)educated guess: I THINK the problem occurs when my system is showing some performance problems (slow internet?, slow screen rendering?). Right now everything is snappy and the problem is not occurring.

When this happens to me using Chrome or Samsung browser, a "Shift-F5" usually fixes the issue (Ctrl-F5 on Firefox, I believe)

I'll give that a shot next time!

There is a little circular arrow icon in the address bar which claims to "reload this page" and I have already tried that. The help for Shift-F5 says "refresh but ignore cache" and that may be important.
