Separate ax/ac clients

Installed Merlin 3006_102.4 and read the change log about vlans. Does it make sense to separate ac and ax clients in vlans for better performance? I read to do this set main ssid to AX mode only (wireless: profession tab), then create a vlan (guest network pro) for ac clients and set it's mode to ac/n only). But when I look at the guest network pro vlan section there is no setting for wireless mode. Any suggestions?

I read that if there are ac clients on the network it will prevent ax clients from utilizing the full capabilites of ax standard (down-regulated). AX-only ensures OFDMA, MU-MIMO work properly. Keeps high-performance clients on a clean, fast channel.

Try it for yourself and see if it makes a difference. Everyone's environment/clients/usage is different.
See my original message. There doesn't seem to be a way to set "wireless mode" for VLANs.
