Shibby Tomato or Merlin fw

Hello,

I used your Merlin Fw for a long time on my N66U.

I decided to try the Version 1.28 of Shibby Tomato since the reputation of QOS. But I miss the performance I ahd with Merlin.

So before returning to Merlin, here's my scenario:
I want to give priority to IPTV and FTP Download.
IPTV reserve 10Mbps and let him take up to 15Mbps
FTP download reserve 1.5Mbps and up to 3Mbps
My connection is 30Mbps/10Mbps

In Tomato, when I use QOS, IPTV take over unless I use Bandwidth Limiter.

What would be your suggestion for Merlin or Tomato?
