simulate DSL signal for router technician (Wan Port or Dsl Port With RJ45 Plug)

sometimes I need to test router Dsl or wan port to make sure the port is receiving the Isp signal without any problem in the router anyone have an idea about that?

Not very clear what exactly do you want to simulate/test. What is the router model? xDSL port (RJ11) and WAN (RJ45) port are different. Some modem/router combos have no WAN port (like DSL-AC68U), some do (like DSL-AX82U).

It's still not clear what exactly you're trying to "simulate". "RJ45 plug" doesn't mean anything.
