Simultaneous dual band access point

I am looking for a simultaneous dual band access point for my home. It's a small one-story range. I have FIOS and need to keep its wireless router. The router is in the basement and I can turn its wireless network off.

We have a mix of B, G and N devices on 2.4 and 5 GHz. So I'd like to get a simultaneous dual band access point or a router that can act as one.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Easier and cheaper to use a wireless router and convert it to an access point.
How To Convert a Wireless Router into an Access Point

To find routers, use the Router Finder. In the Wireless section, set Band to Both and click Filter.
