Came across this, and not sure if it looks right.

This address range is part of git hub in the usa

no, its being added to the block list for the CIDR blocks for CN, NL, or RU. i think whatever data source is being used for the CIDR blocks for CN, NL, RU are wrong.

Contacted ipdeny directly to see if this was an oversight
