News Skynet Blocks inbound

Recently, the country name is no longer displayed for the IP addresses on the inbound block list. When I go to the individual IP addresses, all addresses available on the Analysis Overview page are displayed as Bulgaria.
However, when I display the individual IP addresses in “Whois,” they are all IP addresses from other countries.
Can anyone help me with this?

I have similar problem - inbound block list shows the IP addresses and there is only one country with a * and the color of that "country" changes every time when switching between IP address and Country.
