Based on what you've been saying I'm thinking over the next few days or so you will catch samples of both longer duration and greater packet loss.
I also think it'd be interesting to see what pingplotter shows with high traffic while things are running well. For example run a few back to back Internet speed tests. "Should" see no packet lost (albeit with longer response times) with optimal speed results?
I think what we're looking for is pingplotter showing normal during high utilization and pingplotter showing high packet loss during low utilization?
