Small office router?

I keep reading about the Edgemax router but its availability is far off, and config doesn't seem too easy.

I need a router that's not too pricey and works for a small office. Wifi is unimportant as it will be switched off, and replaced with a Unifi AP system on the floor. Its function will be as a router only.

I am thinking to get an ASUS Black Diamond router as it will suffice my needs for this, and it's easily available and configurable. Any thoughts? I don't need VPN, IPSEC, etc. Just a simple router

How hard is it to set up though? I don't want to spend a whole day doing it for a network that is basically pretty simple.

The Edgemax Lite router is probably harder than most routers to setup. If you want simple and stable I like and run a TP-Link ER6120 router. It is very easy to setup and very stable.

There is a thread about these TP-Link routers under Routers. I would read the whole thread before I decide.

Thanks for this -- the 6120 seems more my speed in terms of what is needed. Plus the emulator online makes it pretty dead easy to configure, and there is uPnP so any consumer grade things I'd need to do are also very possible.

I think I may have to upgrade my home to use this same one at some point, but I'll worry about that when I have to
