smarttv samsung cast by android but not by w10

sometimes w10 cast to tv sometimes tv show connecting but fail any way, any idea if this is a merlin problem or how to solve?

IIRC - when "casting" to a Chromecast dongle, that is a direct wireless connection between the source device and the Chromecast, router is not involved...
