Sony Pictures Core Website Blocked

Running RT-AX86U firmware 3004.388.9_2

I cannot access https://www.sonypicturescore.com via my asus router, I get the message: Something went wrong, please try again later. I have tried multiple devices on my network but same message. If I use my ISP provider router it works fine and site comes up. I do not have AI Protection on, nor a VPN. Any thoughts?

try using the DNS address given in the ISP router instead of any other in the ASUS DNS server address in the DHCP config of the asus ?

On the WAN DNS setting it is set to: Get the DNS IP from your ISP automatically. On LAN, DNS and WINS Server Setting DNS Server1 & 2 are blank.
