i think you can still use it as an AP since the 4 port switch appears to be ok. Certainly use as a switch.

I have a few more ideas to try, but have to wait till next week.
One is to get a small gigabit switch and put between ONT and router and see if it fixes.

Just checked and warranty expired last month. Guess time to look for another one.

You might try the Asus firmware first.

Thanks, but I actually tried their version 3.0.0.4.388_24323 as well as Merlin's 388.8_4 and 388.2_2
