Hi,
any idea where this 10.24.97.128 address come from and why it is in "gateway" of internet status ?

How are you connected to the internet? 10.x.x.x is a private IP range and it says your connection type is PPPoE, maybe that's your DSL modem? Have you tried to access it?

My RT-AC87U connects via its wan port to a lan port of my ISP modem/router ; this last one provide a public ip address (the first line striked-out in the picture of OP) plus 192.168.99.5 (this ISP modem/router is defined on 192.168.99.1 while my asus is 192.168.1.1)

I cannot access that 10.x address ....

That's just the output of his tracert command. If his Windows is installed in French, there isn't much he can do about it...

basically, the tracert & ping command give back with a timeout on the address ..... and yes, thanks RMerlin, my windows is installed in French .... :cool:
 
Well there's your problem, do you have a translator installed for your DNS?
