strange issue with my router

Hi guys, I just had a te data ZTE 300 router and it got strange issue when I connect to wi fi on my mobile youtube doesn't work but on the carrier network youtube works...I wanted to check if the proplem from router or mobile so I went to a friend to try his wifi...youtube worked perfectly ..after researching I knew that the problem is with any rtsp protocol or any streaming 3gp...nw I want to know what to do with my router to make rtsp work over wifi on my mobile...thx

I've also enabled the "Reputation" feature in vBulletin. This features adds reputation points based on many factors. But it also allows you to add reputation points to someone who you think deserves them. You add reputation points by clicking the little scale icon in the top bar of each post (where the post date is). This also doesn't require leaving the page or refreshing it.
