• RT-AC66U (hardware revision B1 is NOT supported)

How can I tell what hardware revision I have?

It is, still not officially, but flashing with RT-AC68U FW will work just fine.

Check the sticker on the router or router case/box.

I checked the sticker and have the following FCC ID: MSQ-RTAC66U. Does this somehow identify the hardware revision?

You are welcome, that means you have the first RT-AC66U model, the HW Ver is mention on the box.

Ah yes. I see from the box the HW rev is A1. So I can flash the RT-AC66U Merlin build. Perfect! Thanks again.
