Tainted Errors on AX88U

I've been getting these strange errors on my router for some weeks now and I can't seem to figure out what it means or why it's happening. When this happens it only seems to be my 5G connection that disconnects while the 2.4 seems fine. Upon researching I saw something about disabling 160Mhz so I did that and it seemed to have worked but then it start again. I've attached my current 5G settings.

I ran this linux command dmesg | grep -i taint and the results were:
wlcsm: module license 'Proprietary' taints kernel.
Disabling lock debugging due to kernel taint
grep: (standard input): binary file matches

There is a known issue with httpds in 3004.388.10. RMerlin has just published a test build to address it.
