Time disparity Venezuela Settings - Rmerlin

Hi Merlin, first thanks for your efforts in giving us this great firmware on our routers.
In the firmware, and I believe this is Asus issue for my country Venezuela, Caracas in the time config says ist -4:00 GMT, and it´s really -4:30, the goverment made that change a few years ago. So the router always says its 30m ahead of the actual time here, is there any possibility you can change this?

The timezone data used by Asuswrt is out of date, and fixing it would be quite complicated, so not something I will do myself.
