TM-AC1900 -- authentication failure on login

WhiskerBiscuit

New Around Here
A few days ago I couldnt access my router with my regular login, so I did the reset and set it up as an access point.

A few minutes after doing that, I could no longer login, despite me using the correct username/password. So I reset it again, and this time I flashed the firmware to use the N66U firmware.

Now today, I can once again no longer access the router. Since I'm using this as an AP, I only have one ethernet cable plugged into the router into the blue slot.

Any ideas as to what is going on and how I can fix it?

What actual router do you have? A T-Mobile RT-AC68U? That you flashed with the RT-N66U firmware?
