TP-LINK Archer D7 vs. C7/C7 v2

Hi, there is AC free card promotion for those routers.
D7 is newest model, however are there any tests of it?

C7 was great, C7v2 was bit less great, I almost settled to buy C7 but now new model is available, what about D7?

The D7 is basically a C7 with integrated modem put in a new jacket. You should wait for the C9 to come out. Tim said he'll do a review on it

Thanks, will wait for c9, features and preliminary tests look good.
I have c7 at work and it works great but menu/looks are way behind.

I don't care much for the interface looks. As long as it does its thing, I'm happy. What I find a bit annoying about the C7 is that you have to reboot when you change a lot of things.
