TS-509 problem-- HELP!!

Hi folks..
My TS-509 doesn't boot.
Display says "SYSTEM BOOTING" and the little arrows move accross the display ( >>>) but nothing else.
No matter how long I wait, did so over an hour untill I powered off.
ALSO... although five drives are installed, HDD 5's power (green LED) stays OFF. I replaced that HDD with new one, still same problem.
Anybody seen this before?

Start a tech support ticket with Qnap ... seriously they have been a major help for me, and even replaced my 509 when it had some issues and helped me recover the data.
