TUF-BE9400 vs RT-88AX Pro vs ROG GT-AX6000

Hi,
I need a new main router because my ZTE T5400 (connected to 2,5gb ZTE 889 5G in bridge mode ) doesn't work properly with my RT-AX82U (AP)
I have about 40 clients (cameras, google home, laptops and TV)
Which should i buy? They are nearly the same price.
TUF is the newest and has WIFI7
WAN must be 2.5gb and at least one LAN 2,5gb
