Tx Power adjustment @ chinese ac86u

hi there ,

yesterday the chinese version of the 86u arrived. First step was to flash 384.5/2. Now im searching for the Tx Adjustment option , cant find it (Wireless/Proffesional) . is it importand to set the right region/timezone to unlock this Feature ? or is it gone in 384?

or is it only possible to change regions with defined values , mW not changeable
