Unable to access router via DDNS

New Around Here
New RT-AC66U owner here. Awesome router!! Only problem I have is I cant access it via DDNS with the AiCloud app, or the DDNS web address I created. myname.asuscomm.com I can through port 8080 though. So I know I dont have a double NAT issue. I also have verified my WAN address is public and not private from the Network Map tab. 108.x.x.x. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
