New Around Here
I am unable to uninstall ASUS Download Master using GUI. Disabling, uninstalling, updating, etc do not work. Does anyone know the file name/directory location of DM files on the external USB drive. I have been able to find them in the past and delete directly off the external drive, but for some reason I cannot find them this go-around and also cannot find any info online as to their installation directory on the external drive. I really do not want to reformat the USB external hard drive. Thanks

After installing Download Master to a bare SSD drive on a RT-AC68U running Asus stock 3.0.0.4.386_51255 firmware it created the following two folders on the drive:
asusware.arm
Download2

Similarly those same two folders were created when installing Download Master to a bare SSD drive on RT-AX86U Pro running Asus Merlin 388.2 firmware.

It should be noted that on the RT-AC68U, after ejecting the USB drive via the GUI, the Download Master info on the GUI's USB application page changed to only showing "Install" rather than additional options (including "Uninstall") when Download Master is installed.

Thanks for your reply. I thought I had already deleted asusware.arm and couldn't find anything else in Download2, but l take another look tonight.
