Skynet Unblocking my comanies Jira site

I am getting a wierd one, I have our companies Jira page whitelisted and it whitelisted on Diversion.

Upon launching the page I get the cannot connect to the site, disabling Skynet it is OK

I tried unbaning the site but its not added, tried whitelisting the site and its already added.

Skynet is set to only block inbound but will checkout the help.
