Information in Network Application about what was blocked can be found in Insights menu, Flows tab. It can be sorted by Low, Suspicious, Concerning risk level and the result shows the Policy and Policy Type involved. The default display includes auto-created Ad Blocking Policy when ad-blocking is enabled in Settings, Security menu, Protection tab. It's not IDS/IPS only blocking things.
The example above is from Ad Blocking Policy.
