Upgrading DNS-321 to DNS-323 Question

I have been reading around here on reviews for these two dlink's...

I recently bought the 321 and I am fairly happy with it. However I think I'd like to upgrade to the 323 for the print services and the USB connection.

Question's for you all...

Performance between both of these is a wash correct or did I miss something?

Is the 323 any louder, quieter or the same as the 321?

Will I be able to take my raid 1 container from the 321 and have the 323 read it or will I have to start from scratch?

The two are the same for noise and power consumption.

Each has some advantages over the other in some modes. But they are
close enough that you probably won't notice any performance difference.

You might be able to just move the drives over from the 321, but I wouldn't bet on it.
