Upload/seed does not work ac68u merlin

Hi,

I have problem with my router RT-AC1900P (with RT-AC68U merlin version), I installed transmission, web ui is ok, port is open but no seed at all. Download is fine with pretty nice speed.
Firewall is off, default port is open: 51413 upnp is disabled, no portforward because I'm running on the router.

Any idea why? Thanks!
