I am on 386.1_2....

I noticed that Diversion had stopped working a few days ago and just got round to looking into it today.

It appears something has gone bad with my USB. I can see it is not being mounted.

I am not worried abut losing anything on the USB so happy to blow it away and start again.

What I do not want to do is reflash Merlin and lose my settings.

How can I blow away my USB and the apps that I installed there and "start fresh" at least from an installed app point of view?

Thanks!

I had this every few months with my USB sticks. I should have bit the bullet and got a small HDD or better usb but eventually just went the pihole route which is awesome.
There are lots of threads on usb config and types and which slot and which format etc but nothing 100% definitive hence the similar questions every so often. Happy to be corrected though.

What is the best way to "blow away" the apps? As I cannot mount my USB, I cannot seem to use amtm to uninstall them? I would would like to get AMTM back to a clean state?

So this slooks like it is the way I will need to go?

http://www.snbforums.com/threads/amtm-step-by-step-install-guide-l-ld.56237/post-654310

The only thing I do not want to "lose" are my "client" names, Mac address mapping, icons, etc. Are there directions on backing those up and storing them? I assume they are in the jffs so will get blown away if I do the above?

Is this the best way to restore my custom_client name? Does it work for all clients includeding those that are offline?
