USB modem -DNS setting and wan IP

I have ac68 connected to my ZTE 4G dongle. I don't have a WAN connection, so the 4G is my only connection. My WAN ip 192.168.0.153, it does not recognise my true IP.

"The wireless router currently uses a private WAN IP address. This router may be in the multiple-NAT environment and DDNS service cannot work in this environment."

Is there a fix for this?

2nd question concerns DNS. Where is the WAN DNS option? Why can I not set my own DNS?

Search the forum. I seem to remember one user posted a script to do DDNS in a double NAT situation.
Edit: This is probably what I was remembering.

I don't use a USB modem so I can't test it, but normally it's on the WAN page and appears after you set "Connect to DNS Server automatically" to No.

I seem to remember that this is a function of the way the dongle works and there are procedures to ssh to the dongle and change it's settings to report the real IP. Try doing a google search.
