usb modeswitching enabled? ( for tethering )

is USB mode switch enabled in the latest Merlin firmware? Due to some changes in Android 10 and newer devices, some phones are reacting differently when plugged into the USB port of the router and not being detected correctly for tethering.

Anyone know how to install enable mode switching on Merlin?
