I have a USB drive in my router currently from installing diversion. Do I need that USB plugged in to run diversion or can I use the same USB to install skynet now?

They're two different things. Diversion is an ad-blocker while Skynet is a firewall.
Yes, but does diversion run off the USB or is it on the router's memory once installed? Or, can diversion and skynet run off the same USB?

edit: wow I had a lot of words missing in my original post oops lol

ok cool so the USB has a partition for diversion already set up then? And if I go to install Skynet, no risk of anything being overwritten?

There's really only one partition. Each app with make its own subfolders for their own particular needs. ;)
