Hello!
First of all, thanks a lot for the Merlin wrt. It's awesome and it keeps the good layout of the original wrt.
I found this forum, while pursuing a solution for replacing the ISP's router with my ASUS RT-AC66U (or even my old N56U).
Point is, I need to be able to configure 3 VLANs:
VlanName ID/Priority
Internet 10/0 (PPPoE)
IPTV 20/3 (ENET ECAP) - manual setting static IP, DNS, MASK and Gateway
VOIP 30/5 (ENET ECAP) - manual setting static IP, DNS, MASK and Gateway
A conditional DHCP pool based on VENDOR ID: "MSFT_IPTV" that will delegate specific DNS servers to those STBs (matching the vendor ID)
>> A static lease should also work, but the specific DNS server must be assigned.
And routes.
Such as:
# Destination IP // Gateway // Subnet Mask // Metric
1 172.28.0.0 // 10.180.128.1 // 255.252.0.0 // 1
I believe, that the MOVISTAR TRIPLE VLAN profile in the IPTV tab settings have most of these configurations already built in (VIVO and MOVISTAR both belong to TELEFONICA). If I could just adapt these settings into a new profile "VIVO BRAZIL", you'd be saving a lot of frustrated people from the stock router and its subpar performance!!!
Thanks again
