What browser are you using?
Try clearing out all browser caches.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Don't reload the saved configuration from file first. Can you change the DNS settings on the R7800 after you complete the setup wizard?

I am going to try the latest stock and then the latest Voxel and see if that makes a difference.
I've tried in Firefox, Chrome and Edge and when I click on the parental controls it opens a new browser tab and redirects to the new Circle netgear app webpage.
