VPN Director - Rule by port

Hi! I was wondering if there's a way to add a rule based on ports rather than IP addresses in VPN Director. For example, I’d like all traffic on port 80 to go through wgc1, all port 443 traffic through wgc2, etc. Is that possible?
I know that this is not possible via WEB GUI, but maybe via ssh?

I found this script (https://github.com/kabadisha/host-based-vpn-routing), but I'm not sure if I can adapt it to use iptables rules via port .

No. VPN Director works by routing IP addresses.

You'd need to use a completely different approach to that used by VPN Director. For example, see this wiki page (I don't know whether it works with the current firmware):
