VPN traffic for apps installed on RT66

Can you direct traffic only through VPN for apps installed on the router?

E.g transmission installed on the router with ip address of 192.168.1.1.
Setup vpn script from here https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-me...ver-VPN-and-Drop-connections-if-VPN-goes-down directing traffic on 192.168.1.1 through VPN

Or will doing this mess up routing as the 192.168.1.1 is the routers IP address where all traffic is going?

I dont want to mess up my router or lock it.

Any help please? Will the router know that 192.168.1.1 is only for transmission vpn or will it affect all network traffic as the whole routers ip address is 192.168.1.1?
