WAN IP address changes too often!!

I have an ASUS RT-AC5300 with Verizon FIOS and Mac OS X 10.11.6. Every time I turn on a device's MAC and IP address Binding I get a new WAN ip address. Have anyone experienced this kind of issue before? Very strange, is there a way to keep the lease longer? This is very annoying since I have all my ip cameras saving the video to the ftp server, every time this happens I have to change the info on the cameras. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
