Wanduck probing: dns.msftncsi.com down?

I get timeouts for the Wanduck probing for dns.msftncsi.com.
From where I am, I am unable to ping, tracert/traceroute it.
Online scanners time out.
This would be a huge problem for a lot of devices if it were true.

Anyone can successfully ping it?

Since I tinker in the dual WAN settings and never seem to get it right, I looked at the Wanduck probing and was mildly surprised I cannot ping the domain it relies on.
