WDS configuration for NTP and Guest Wireless

Occasional Visitor
I recently switched from DD-WRT to Merlin when I got new ASUS routers (RT-AC68U). I have one set up as the AP and it is working fine. The second one is setup up as a WDS bridge located at the other side of my house. Generally it works fine, however it will not update the system time with NTP and when I try to setup a guest wireless SSID it does not receive DHCP services.

Has anyone else had these issues and figured out a way to solve them?
