Weird issue while applying firewall URL filter with my RT-AC86u router!

HI, I tried to add few URLs of snapchats to block them under ASUS Router RT-AC86u -- in the Firewall - URL Filter list, once I clicked apply the changes, the Router keep rebooting and unable to connect either WIFI or by ethernet.
only i could resolved by factory reset!, I reconfigured everything from scratch and I took config backup and I retried again twice but same issue occurred.

anyone have idea?

Unfortunately, this router is End-of-Life now and the most recent firmware is final release. No more updates and fixes, use whatever works for now, upgrade the router when you have a chance.
