At $100 for a pair, since these have a four port switch built-in, these look like a good deal. I see several pushing down below this price point. I'd think they are getting quantities now and should be cheaper yet.
I'm using MoCA because my years of X10 has me gun-shy of the problems with power line noise and unpredictability, even from signal-attenuating power strips with surge filters, and the same filters within modern consumer electronics. Not to mention UPSes.
