Is there a command line to check all open ports or a file which has the information. Reason I am asking is that services like AiCloud obviously open the specified port automatically but it doesn't appear in Virtual Server/Port Forwarding so I was wondering if there was another place to check.

Port forwarding is for traffic that gets forwarded to LAN clients, it's unrelated to what is "open" on the router.

There's no actual list for you to check, you would need to study the rules in both the INPUT and FORWARD chains to determine what is open in the firewall. Typically the only ports open will be that for services which you actually enabled on the WAN side, by default there are no WAN ports open.
