Why can't I see my 5Ghz SID on Windows 7 PC?

I have switched numerous devices (Roku, several iOS devices) over to using the 5Ghz signal being broadcast from my 68U. Yet my Windows 7 PC in the same room as the router can't see the 5Ghz SID. It sees my regular and guest 2.4Ghz SID but I want to switch to the 5Ghz. Any idea why or what to do?

sumofabitch, this brand new TP-LINK TL-WN823N doesn't do 5Ghz! Dammit. I somehow missed that in the specs when I bought it.

It says 300Mbps and I guess I assumed it did it. Oh well, guess I can live with it for now.
