WiFi DNS different from ISP's

I'm wondering if you are aware the wifi router gives wifi clients dyndns.com dns besides 192.168.1.1? I thought It should use ISP's primary and secondary dns?

My laptop ipv4 dns details:

216.146.35.240 (sendori-rdns1.dyndns.com)
216.146.36.240 (sendori-rdns2.dyndns.com)
192.168.1.1 (router dns)

I did a little research and wondered why Asus wanted wifi to have a different dns address for wifi useage? I apologize if someone already noted this.

I was doing research about sendori. I'm surprised nobody caught it as being malware. I didn't know how it got there after I set up the ASUS rt-n66u. I was having laptop connecion issues. Most antivirus software, ccleaner, and malwarebytes do not detect it as malware. But it does mess up your computer/laptop. My apologies for thinking the router was at fault. I removed the offending program using control panel and programs and features on Windows 7.
