WIFI router with unique combination of features

New Around Here
I have been using a Linksys WRT54GL happily for several years. However, it has 10/100Mb ports, and I want to upgrade to a router with 1000Mb ports. However, I can't find a router with the unique combination of features that I need, all of which the WRT54GL provides:

1) WIFI MAC filtering
2) disable PC(s) with specific MAC's from internet access
3) can be configured locally, without having to use a cloud connection (e.g. Cicso "Cloud Connect")

I have been looking at the following by reviewing the user manuals:

a) Netgear R6300: does not appear to have WIFI MAC filtering
b) Asus RT-N66U: does not appear to have WIFI MAC filtering or the ability to disable internet access for specific PC's
c) Linksys EA4500/6500: cannot access all configuration parameters without using "cloud connect" feature

Any suggestions for a router that may fit my need?

some of us consider that Cisco cloud mandate from Cisco to be a privacy problem.
Are you still beating that horse? Jeez. There is no privacy problem if you don't use the cloud features (or even if you do). But now you don't have to.

The Asus N66u with stock firmware does have the functions you list.

Wireless mac filtering is an option and can be put in allow or reject mode and given a list of mac addresses.

Devices can also be added by mac address to the "PARENTAL CONTROL" section, where you can define exactly which hours the machines can access the internet - this starts as empty - no time at all and can be left like this.

You can also run the more feature rich - but based on official firmware by Merlin of these forums - or other builds such as Tomato if you wanted more features.
